Personally never made it to their location. I called around different dentist, I called her to inquire about an appointment and also other questions relating dental procedures. The young lady that answered the phone quickly turned to ask for my insurance information before even providing me what days, time, etc they would have available for an appointment. Didn't even get to explain to her why I was calling today. The doctors are probably really great at what they do but unfortunately I will skip on this business. Please train your receptionist to have more patience for call ins and correspond to what the client is asking, instead of rushing to get their insurance information and rushing to get off the phone. A little unprofessional from the start, so I'll save myself the trouble 😵💫

Called with an emergency situation, told them the circumstances, age of the patient, and the insurance info. All of a sudden when my son was in the chair, they didn't want to do the work. They said "his age" when I told the lady I made the appointment with his age and reason for the appointment. All of a sudden the dentist said "he's too young, and the insurance" so, when I mentioned he has a different insurance they considered doing the work. -Never mind the patient being in pain, and needing an emergency care. So I asked, Oh now that he has a different insurance, but same age you're willing to do the work? His assistant had an attitude and tried to brush me off. Wouldn't recommend. They're just going to do more X-rays and charge your insurance. Worthless.

My experience with my son was amazing!!! My son had a bad tooth ache for weeks and we decided to come to this clinic and they helped my son resolve the issue quickly and calmly!!. This will be our new clinic moving forward!!! Everyone was helpful and gave great feedback!!! My son said he felt safe and he did not have any more pain afterwards !!! I highly recommend this place!!!!🥳🙂😁

My initial appointment was for a new crown, as the old one fell out. I received an appointment right away. During the examination, x-rays were taken, recommendation were made, and explanation of my benefits under the Dental insurance were explained. I had some fillings done and was fitted for a new crown. However, I had to pay before any procedures were completed, which was off putting. Word of warning, if you pay by credit card there is a fee.Next, after my initial visit, I had a gash along the upper gumline and cheek, which was painful and took a week to heal. This made it difficult for me to eat and drink. To be fair, I did not contact the dentist office about this issue, as it had resolved itself by my next appointment, but I did take pictures.Lastly, I waited for three weeks for the crown and another nine days for an appointment for the new crown. It would have been nice to know that my dentist only works on Sundays and Mondays. During the interim, I had to return as the temporary crown fell out. They were able to get me in the same day, which was nice. However, the front desk employees lacked the professionalism one would expect from a professional setting. For example, when calling the dental office, they do not announce the business, or when leaving voicemails.Furthermore, when clients are awaiting appointments the office employees lack professional decorum. Although, I have the new crown, the experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.In closing, I wanted to leave an exceptional review for Precision Dental as it was recommended, but not the Pulaski location, but I think giving it three stars is more than fair.

Needed to see a doc asap for some pain I was experiencing with my wisdom tooth, and wasn't back at home to see my primary. These guys took me in no problem. They were very thorough, by taking x-rays. I was prescribed some antibiotics for the infection and got some good advice from the doc to go ahead and get this tooth removed!

This is by far the BEST dental experience i've ever had. The staff were all very sweet and professional. The Dentist was very patient with me due to past bad experiences with other dentists, he and his assistant (forgot her name) made me feel comfortable and reassuring; his assistant even helped me relax and held my hand during my tooth extraction. Definitely be returning.

My husband made an appointment with this location provided all his dental insurance info for a preventive dental appointment for a annual cleaning and x-rays. Prior to his visit he received an call stating he had an 80.00 copay which was weird because usually for preventive visits under BCBS you pay a 10.00 co-pay and the services are covered 100% I advised my husband that I have never paid that large of a copay for cleaning and x-rays but he went to the appointment paid the 80.00 and they didn't even clean his teeth they proceeded to tell him he needed to get all this work done which total over 2300.00 and when he inquired about his cleaning they told him he would have to pay they told him he would be responsible for 80% of the charges and his plan only covered 20%. When he returned home we found his dental coverage info and they were indeed incorrect on everything, we called the insurance this morning who also confirmed and told my husband to file a claim to get the 80.00 back. The insurance company called the office and they doubled down as if the company doesn't no what benefits the member has. We did learn this office isn't in network which was never told to my husband after they verified insurance coverage which most providers will inform you of that and you make a decision if you want to go to an out of network provider. They are clearly doing something wrong and the insurance company agrees and told us to find another provider.

They no longer have a problem with going to the dentist. Not only is everyone here kind and gentle, they also are caring to the patients, responsible, patient, and are very involved in their work making sure the patient is comfortable and safe. What a great dentist! I would 100% recommend.
