I’ve been a patient at Precision Dental for four years, but my recent experience has left me incredibly frustrated. After receiving a call reminding me of my routine cleaning, I scheduled an appointment for that same week. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that they had no record of my appointment and didn’t have my insurance information on file.As a regular patient, I specifically asked if I needed to bring anything, and I was told no, as I was already in the system. This level of miscommunication and disorganization is unacceptable. Given this experience, I won’t be coming back.
