Vine a esta clínica confiando en su profesionalismo, pero me hicieron pagar $750 diciendo que mi aseguranza no cubría, cuando después confirmé que mi hija sí tiene Full Cover. Desde entonces he tenido que regresar y llamar muchas veces, y solo me dicen que “su sistema no sirve”, sin asumir responsabilidad por no verificar la cobertura desde el principio. Mi hija tuvo la extracción el 21 de enero y ahora, en marzo, sigo esperando que envíen el reclamo y me devuelvan mi dinero. Comparto mi experiencia con respeto para que, cuando vengan aquí, se aseguren de estar bien informados antes de que les hagan cualquier procedimiento.
