I went to Precision Dental on Belmont Avenue for a basic checkup and cleaning, and I left feeling disappointed with my experience.
I was supposed to be contacted after they checked my insurance benefits and received information about coverage or approval for additional dental work, but no one ever followed up with me. That lack of communication was frustrating.
I also became aware that patients are encouraged to leave reviews by being entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card, scanning a QR code upon completion of their appointment. In my opinion, that makes the 5-star reviews feel less trustworthy.
I will not be returning to this location and would recommend that future patients ask detailed questions about insurance follow-up, and review incentives before moving forward.

Raffles are recent and were done to show appreciation for our patients. Vast majority of the reviews were done before any raffle. Patients are asked to leave positive reviews ONLY if they are satisfied. Thank you.
